Amy Good is a Certified Functional Diagnostic Nutrition® Practitioner (FDN-P) and fitness expert who helps men and women overcome fatigue, stubborn weight, and frustrating symptoms to feel strong, clear, and in control of their health again.

With nearly 20 years as a personal trainer, Amy worked with countless clients who ate well, exercised faithfully, and “did everything right”—yet still struggled with stubborn weight, low energy, hormone shifts, digestive issues, and symptoms that conventional care often dismissed as “normal.”

Determined to find better answers, Amy turned to Functional Diagnostic Nutrition, where she gained advanced tools to uncover hidden stressors through at-home lab testing and design personalized wellness plans that address imbalances at the root.

Today, she empowers her clients with clear, science-backed strategies that support the body’s natural ability to heal and thrive. Known for making complex health science simple and actionable, Amy blends evidence-based consulting with compassionate coaching—helping clients restore balance, build strength, and feel confident in their bodies for years to come.

I work with adults of all ages and fitness levels who want more than just a workout — they want a strategy. We’ll focus on building lean muscle, improving mobility, and enhancing metabolic health — because true strength goes far beyond appearance. By moving through full, controlled ranges of motion, using proper form, and progressively challenging your body, you’ll build strength that supports better energy, balance, and resilience in everyday life.

Each program is custom-tailored to your goals, health status, and lifestyle, with options for in-person sessions at my gym in Clarkesville, GA, or virtual training from wherever you are..

In-Depth Health History & Intake
You’ll complete detailed intake forms covering your medical history, lifestyle habits, nutrition, stress, sleep, and current symptoms. This gives me a clear view of your whole health picture and creates a starting point for your personalized plan. It also ensures your voice is heard—so together, we can connect the dots, set priorities, and track your progress throughout the program.

Functional Health Lab Testing

We go beyond basic blood work to uncover hidden imbalances that may be contributing to your symptoms and holding you back from feeling your best. We look at the bigger picture—because digestion, hormones, energy, immunity, and detoxification all work together.
